Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in dining, hospitality, customer service, senior living, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take resident food orders and serve meals in a professional manner.
• Handle special requests and accommodations, including dietary restrictions and seating preferences.
• Assist residents with seating arrangements and coordinate reservations during busy periods.
• Monitor dining area for cleanliness, organization, and safety; address issues promptly.
• Set, clear, and reset tables efficiently to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
