Job summary

Harwood Hospitality Group in Dallas’ Hôtel Swexan is seeking an in-room dining server responsible for taking, entering, setting up, delivering and retrieving all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and suites while upholding quality service and brand standards.

You will greet guests, maintain accurate setup, input orders, and ensure timely delivery; you will work in a hotel environment that blends classic and contemporary hospitality and requires professionalism and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers & TABC certification required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and push/pull up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain setup and delivery of food & beverage orders to guest rooms according to guidelines.
• Greet guests courteously and deliver orders with sophistication.
• Conduct floor sweeps to retrieve trays and maintain sanitation.
• Set up and deliver amenities to rooms in a timely manner.
• Input orders into POS and generate guest checks for accountability.
• Complete shift-side work and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Adhere to attendance rules and perform other duties as assigned.
