Job summary

Harwood Hospitality Group’s Hôtel Swexan in Dallas is seeking a Server Attendant to support the front of house by setting and clearing tables and ensuring a refined dining experience. You will assist the waitstaff and uphold HHG standards of service across a multi-generational hospitality vision.

Ideal candidates are TIPS certified or compliant with state requirements, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and ready to work professionally in a fast-paced, guest-focused

Qualifications

• Must be TIPS certified or state requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Food Handlers & TABC - Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by setting and clearing tables and replenishing utensils and water glasses.
• Interact with staff in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ensure a spotless service and that guest needs are met to the highest standard.
• Maintain unit and equipment, arrange maintenance, and report defects to the Restaurant Manager.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant management and staff to ensure an effortless guest experience.
• Follow HHG's food and beverage standards and safety procedures.
• Perform duties safely and remain pleasant, hospitable, and attentive to guests.
