Job summary

• Develop knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service for guest needs.
• Follow tray setup for all orders with silverware, napkins, condiments, beverages, and special requests.
• Develop knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor and wine and comply with alcohol awareness procedures and laws.
• Return payment to cashier and follow up with guests after 5-10 minutes to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
