Casa Madera is a coastal-inspired dining experience blending Riviera Maya spirit with elevated Mexican cuisine in West Hollywood. In-Room Dining Servers take and deliver guest orders, coordinate with kitchen, and ensure accurate billing.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and a professional appearance aligned with the brand. The position emphasizes exceptional guest service, teamwork with hotel staff, and maintaining confidentiality of guest

• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to the guest in-room, check orders with kitchen and guest, and transport items promptly.
• Communicate options for tray/removal per standards; respond to removal requests.
• Breakdown, clean and set up room service tables and side stations.
• Answer and take phone orders with proper etiquette.
• Work flexible schedule including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

In Room Dining Servers are responsible to take orders, and deliver food to hotel guest in a timely, friendly and efficient manner providing an exceptional guest experience. IRD Server works closely with the kitchen and hotel staff. IRD Servers must go above and beyond for each guest as well as take on the responsibility of ensuring all items are billed appropriately and payment is properly secured and handled.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guest room in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.

• Communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.

• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.

• Answers and takes phone orders using proper standards and etiquette
  

• This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays.

• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
