Qualifications

• Experience in a fine‑dining or full‑service restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions provided in English.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35 pounds.

• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests, accurately identifying each dish and verifying order details and modifications.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to support smooth service flow.
• Ensure all food is served at the appropriate temperature and in accordance with presentation standards.
• Support table maintenance by clearing and resetting dishes and utensils as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Proactively anticipate the needs of servers, kitchen staff, and guests during service.

Food Runners contribute to smooth service flow by supporting timely service, maintaining presentation standards, and assisting with table maintenance throughout the dining experience.
