Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking an In Room Dining Manager to lead the In Room Dining team, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize financial results with quality service. You will oversee menu concepts, training, and operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires 3+ years of F&B management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage staffing, costs, and safety compliance while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, culinary and/or relevant experience as in Food & Beverage operations.
• 3+ years of management experience in Food & Beverage at a luxury property preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to optimize staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all line level positions within the In Room Dining department.
• Train and develop Members to promote In Room Dining offerings and guest experiences.
• Monitor performance and guest reviews to ensure high satisfaction.
• Control food and labor costs while maintaining quality, presentation, and service.
• Oversee all in-room amenities for VIP guests and online amenity programs.
• Oversee hospitality small in-room events and inventory management including budgeting.
• Maintain knowledge of In Room Dining concepts, portions, garnishes, and pricing.
• Mentor and coach staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.
