Job summary

Fairmont Dallas is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor to maintain service standards, knowledge of liquor regulations, and staff supervision. You will ensure timely delivery, guest satisfaction, and smooth daily operations in the In Room Dining team.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating with the kitchen and front desk, and upholding hotel standards. A minimum of 5 years in F&B supervision is required; fluency in English and hospitality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate; some college preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 5 years experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non‑verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Supervise In Room Dining staff and manage service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and staff breaks; ensure timely delivery of orders.
