Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking an In Room Dining Server. You will provide exceptional knowledge of the food & beverage menu, deliver orders to guest rooms and ensure timely service while maintaining high standards of quality and guest engagement.

Applicants should have at least one year in food service, prefer hotel experience, and be fluent in English. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities to develop within a luxury hospitality environment in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food service or related work, hotel setting preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of computers.
• Accurate and efficient communication required for guest facing role.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders in a timely manner with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Ensure proper food quality and sanitary setup for service.
• Assist in setting up carts and guest amenities; communicate with staff, guests and kitchen as needed.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Anticipate guest needs and relay requests through proper channels.
