Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Room Service Receptionist to deliver an enjoyable in-room dining experience for guests and coordinate with room service staff to meet guest expectations.

The role involves answering a multi-line phone system, handling guest inquiries about menus, and escalating issues to management for quick recovery, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace, busy and noisy environment.
• Six (6) months previous office experience with answering phones and coordinating customer service needs within a specific time frame.
• Excellent guest relation skills and an ability to be attentive and anticipate all guest needs are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Report to work station as scheduled and on time.
• Professionally answer all incoming room service calls with professional manner before the 3rd ring.
• Assist guests with any questions regarding room service menus.
• Direct any guest issues to appropriate management for immediate guest recovery.
• Coordinate door hangers with shift managers for overnight turnaround.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.
