Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Bretton Woods, NH seeks a hands-on leader to head the In Room Dining department, guiding servers to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences and building a positive team atmosphere.

You will supervise daily operations, oversee phone handling, beverage deliveries, menu and wine knowledge, and adherence to liability laws, while participating in staff meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push/pull and lift 50lbs or more.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the In Room Dining team of servers to deliver a consistent and quality product to guests.
• Answer the phone within three rings.
• Participate in select guest morning beverage and daily amenity deliveries.
• Maintain knowledge of food menu and wine list.
• Know and adhere to all liability laws.
• Print reports at end of shift and bank out.
• Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist setting up orders.
