Job summary

Taco Bell in Irvine is seeking a Guest Experience In-Restaurant Recovery + Experience Program Manager to own and evolve our guest-recovery tools and programs. You will work with Digital, Technology, and Restaurant Integrations to ensure restaurants have the resources to recover guest issues and deliver exceptional experiences.

Success requires strong project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence multiple teams from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, customer experience, client success, account management, restaurant operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for improving guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead In-Restaurant Guest Experience/Recovery Programs + Tools – 50% of time.
• Drive Recovery Systems + Cross-Functional Initiatives – 30% of time.
• Collaborate with Digital and Technology teams to define needs and enhance restaurant systems.
• Own restaurant guest feedback and actioning programs.
