Job summary

The Habit Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to handle guest feedback across phone and digital channels, coordinate service recovery, and document insights to improve guest experience.

You will work with District Managers, restaurant teams and external vendors to resolve concerns, identify trends, and support improvements through strong communication, organization, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to positively communicate with Habit guests and Operations team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Field complaints and feedback via phone and website.
• Assist with guest recovery and reimbursements.
• Analyze comments to improve guest experience.
• Collaborate with District Managers and external vendors to resolve issues.
