• Verify dimensional, visual, and functional characteristics against drawings, specifications, and control plans.
• Inspect components for defects such as cracks, voids, misalignment, contamination, and/or seal integrity issues.
• Use measuring tools such as optical comparators, vision devices, and microscopes for inspection.
• Ensure inspection methods and acceptance criteria align with JEDEC standards.
