Job summary

Power Probe Group Inc is seeking an In-Process Quality Control Technician to perform quality inspections at defined checkpoints throughout manufacturing. You will identify defects, document results, and assist with containment and root cause investigations to ensure customer-ready products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify defects and deviations.
• Ability to document inspection results accurately and communicate concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections at defined checkpoints according to standards.
• Inspect assemblies for defects, incorrect components, and nonconformances.
• Identify and communicate defects before units advance in production.
• Document inspection results, defect types, and data for tracking.
• Tag, segregate, and quarantine nonconforming units per procedures.
• Follow escalation procedures and communicate issues to Leads for containment.
• Support root cause investigations with inspection data and observations.
• Verify corrective action effectiveness after implementation.
• Collaborate with Production to reinforce quality requirements.
• Follow ESD protection and PPE guidelines during inspections.
• Maintain organized inspection area and quality records.
