Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or quality-related training preferred.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, electronics assembly, or production is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and product specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document results clearly and promptly.
• Able to work on the production floor and apply quality standards consistently.
• Good organizational, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections at defined production checkpoints according to approved standards.
• Inspect electronic assemblies for workmanship defects, incorrect components, and other nonconformances.
• Identify defects and communicate quality concerns before units progress in production.
• Document inspection results, defect types, quantities, and quality data.
• Quarantine nonconforming units and follow escalation procedures.
• Support root cause investigations with inspection data and observations.
• Verify corrective action effectiveness after implementation.
• Collaborate with Production staff to reinforce quality requirements.
