You will coordinate safety tasks, monitor driver behavior, and lead safety inspections, with travel up to 60% and a 4-on/4-off schedule including night shifts. The position offers benefits and a competitive salary of around $80,000 DOE and a company vehicle for

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL A preferred.
• Two years of safety/compliance experience with DOT, MSHA, OSHA, FMCSA, EPA, PHMSA preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drivers’ needs, safety events, and monitor driver behavior.
• Oversee safety operations, inspections, observations, leadership, and support.
• Communicate safety-related incidents to the site Acid & Quality Management Supervisor as they occur.
• Conduct daily observations at loadouts at every unloading site.
• Document observations and coaching.
