Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base and community presence.

Join a collaborative team of financial professionals, handling a range of tax situations from simple to complex, and leverage marketing resources to grow your business and client loyalty in your area.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects to build clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on long-term relationships.
• Assist in local marketing activities and leverage TurboTax resources to grow client base.
