Job summary

Boston University is hiring an Accommodated Testing Coordinator for Disability Services to oversee the daily operations of the Testing Center. This in-person role includes supervising proctors and student workers and delivering accessible testing experiences for students with disabilities.

Monday–Friday, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a focus on confidentiality, ADA compliance, and strong communication with students and faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years in-person on-campus experience.
• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Knowledge of ADA/Section 504 in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide approved testing accommodations for DAS students.
• Answer inquiries, manage forms/exams, liaise between students and instructors.
• Recordkeeping and data collection.
• Secure student belongings during testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
