Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers, while growing the local client base and fostering community relationships. The role emphasizes hands-on tax planning and customer service in a front-facing retail environment, with opportunities to engage with the community and leverage marketing support to

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain relevant State licenses/certificates/bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and serving as a public face.
Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes approachable.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers.
Help clients discover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
