Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, building long-term relationships and driving local community growth. The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney preferred) and PTIN, with a minimum of three years of paid tax-return experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
