Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You’ll leverage tax expertise to deliver accurate solutions and help clients feel confident during tax season. You will be a proactive community ambassador, growing the TurboTax client base, and collaborating with TurboTax marketing and support resources to foster local prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s with tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.
• Experience in front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Help clients achieve financial goals and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person using TurboTax products.
