• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide clear recommendations and build year-round client relationships.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a client-focused office environment.
