Job summary

You will interview clients to assess financial situations, offer personalized recommendations, and build lasting relationships while highlighting Block Advisors products and services. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in tax or related fields, strong communication, and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
