Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or similar requirement.
• 5+ years of experience in tax-related fields including tax prep, accounting, or finance.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns, with planning and notice resolution.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative or advisory roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Must complete continuing education and comply with IRS/state rules.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
