- Experience in inclusive or specialized classroom settings.
- Ability to collaborate with general education teachers and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
- Collaborate with general education staff to design inclusive lesson plans.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage classroom behavior and support social skill development.
- Communicate regularly with families and support staff regarding student development.
