• CT special education license or certification required
• Experience with autism, behavioral challenges, or sensory needs preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral interventions, sensory supports, and adaptive technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to students’ needs
• Utilize ABA or social-emotional learning techniques
• Collaborate with classroom staff, therapists, and families to optimize educational outcomes
• Incorporate sensory supports and adaptive technologies into daily instruction
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and report on development regularly
