Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based position in Menlo Park, CA. You will provide therapy, conduct FBAs, and develop BIPs while collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to support student success.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress, IEP development, and ongoing communication with district staff and parents in a collaborative school setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration with teachers, parents, and therapists.
• Strong organizational and time management for IEP-related tasks.
• Experience working in school settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to students.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop BIPs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
