Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time contract in Scott Township, PA. The role involves evaluating students and delivering and documenting therapy under individualized plans and physician orders.

The position requires active SLP licensure in the assignment state; CCC-SLP is preferred; CPR and health clearance may be required by contract. Benefits are provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment is required.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and provide and document therapy services per the plan of care.
• Deliver services according to physician orders and school protocols.
