Job summary

Alpaca Health is a network of independent ABA therapists delivering in-home, school, and community services. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under the close supervision of a BCBA, following individualized plans and collecting data to track progress.

This in-person role offers mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full- or part-time options, and support toward RBT certification while you grow toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Reliable availability mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Willingness to work one-on-one with children and lift up to ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and maintain consistent progress notes.
• Engage with families and coordinate with BCBA mentorship for guidance.
