Job summary

Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC in North Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA services. You’ll work 1:1 with a child, implementing programs designed by a supervising BCBA and collecting session data.

Your daily duties include running sessions that build communication, play, social, and daily living skills, documenting progress, and coordinating with the BCBA and family to carry gains into everyday life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with autism in the home.
• Implement programs designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Run skill-building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living.
• Collect session data and track progress.
• Document sessions clearly and professionally and collaborate with the BCBA and family.
