Job summary

Smilestones ABA in Coleman, TX seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children receiving ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This in-person role requires 30+ hours per week and pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in person in Coleman, TX 76834.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collecting accurate session and behavioral data.
• Following treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Helping clients develop communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills.
• Maintaining professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team.
• Participating in ongoing training and supervision.
• Following all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
