Smilestones ABA in Coleman, TX is hiring a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in person with children under BCBA supervision. Formación

• RBT certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and skill programs.
• Collect accurate session and behavioral data.
• Follow treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
