Big Dreamers ABA in Columbia, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help implement behavior plans and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to apply behavior strategies consistently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and records.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
