Job summary

Cole Health in Pearland, TX is seeking a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children diagnosed with Autism. This role requires a minimum of 1 year experience and offers an hourly rate between $18-$20 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with Autism.
• College degree in any field preferred.
• Experience as a Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, or Sunday School Teacher is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and teach functional language skills.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and receive feedback.
• Attend daily as we service children with early intervention.
