Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, track progress with data, and help families apply strategies across daily activities.

The ideal candidate has familiarity with ABA, experience with autism, and a collaborative mindset. This role emphasizes hands-on teaching and documentation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents effectively.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress via data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
