Job summary

Indigo Research seeks an In-Person Programs Associate to support planning, delivery, and scale of its in-person student programs. You will work with the In-Person Program Lead across logistics, admissions, vendor coordination, and post-program close-out.

The role requires strong organization, proactive mindset, and comfort traveling internationally during June–August and December. Travel and cross-location collaboration are core aspects of the position within Indigo’s expanding,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience in education, program operations, youth development, project management, or related field.
• Experience with in-person programs, events, student experiences, or other multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience working with operational dashboards, project management tools, or data trackers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of college admissions and international education systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of research and publication processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute program logistics across the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate accommodations, paperwork, and budget with programs.
• Plan student excursions, campus visits, and other experiential activities within approved budgets.
• Maintain vendor contacts and program records across locations.
• Identify logistical risks early and propose solutions to Program Lead.
• Conduct student interviews and keep interview records up to date.
