Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of our infusion centers. This part-time, in-person role is based at Farragut Square, DC, delivering high-quality patient care and supporting operations.

The ideal candidate holds an active DC or MD NP license with 2 years of outpatient or infusion care experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in DC or Maryland.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment and experience with IV therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, and plan of care.
• Collaborate with referring/prescribing providers for order clarification and patient status updates.
• Resolve clinical escalations in line with policies and procedures.
