Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Experience with blended and online learning in an urban school setting.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Lead Classroom Teacher.
• Support classroom rules, protocol, and behavior expectations.
• Motivate and support students toward academic success.
• Create a positive culture around online learning and small group tutoring.
• Interpret data to support student progress and assist with learning plans.
• Provide targeted individual assistance and small-group tutoring.
• Maintain communication with students and support networks.
• Communicate with teachers and school administrators and participate in staff meetings.
• Ensure security of computer equipment and perform other duties as assigned.
