Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Learning Coach to coach Guides and K‑3 students, using data to drive outcomes and build scalable coaching playbooks. You will lead workshops, one-on-one and small group sessions, and mentor Guides daily, directly impacting student growth and independence.

You will work in person at Alpha campuses in NYC or Miami, with relocation support provided. A Bachelor's degree in education/related fields and 5+ years with elementary children are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and using data to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students toward measurable improvements using data and observations.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 students focused on life skills.
• Lead one-on-one and small group coaching sessions.
• Build and refine coaching playbooks for the Guide team.
• Train and mentor Guides daily.
