Job summary

Boulder Medical Center is seeking an IPT Help Desk Admin to join our IT team in Boulder, CO. This in-person, full-time role supports Tier 1–2 helpdesk requests, PBX/3CX issues, and EHR software troubleshooting across our clinics.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–3 years healthcare IT experience, strong Microsoft OS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Competitive benefits and schedule on weekdays.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and/or education, preferred.
2-3 years’ experience analyzing, planning and supporting systems in a large networked environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to Tier 1–2 helpdesk requests for hardware, software, laptops and peripherals.
Assist PBX and 3CX related issues.
Troubleshoot EHR software and desktop hardware.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software across devices.
Support projects: patching, network expansion, routing, telephony, infrastructure.
