Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment experiences for students. We are expanding our network of instructors across education, technology, STEM, the arts, and more for current and upcoming independent contractor assignments.

Traditional classroom teaching is not required for every program; roles welcome diverse backgrounds such as teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or private instruction.

Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, or community programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Dependable, organized, and professional work habits.
• Knowledge relevant to enrichment subjects; diverse backgrounds encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for instructional sessions using provided curriculum or approved plans.
• Create a positive, respectful, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage participation and adapt instruction to different ages and abilities.
• Maintain appropriate classroom management and supervision.
• Communicate with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives about attendance and needs.
• Follow policies, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all sessions.
