Qualifications

• 60 college credits or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for instructional sessions using provided curriculum or approved lesson plans.
• Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage participation and adapt instruction for different ages and abilities.
• Maintain appropriate classroom management and supervision.
• Communicate with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives regarding attendance and scheduling.
