Job summary

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment programs serving elementary to high school students. We seek enthusiastic instructors from diverse backgrounds for future independent contractor opportunities, with assignments varying by school and duration.

Location: on-site at partner schools. Schedule: typically 1–4 instructional hours per week, ~8–10 weeks per assignment.

Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring youth.
• Strong communication, leadership and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for each instructional session using lesson plans or provided curriculum.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation across varying ages and learning styles.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management throughout each session.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
