Qualifications

• 60 completed college credits or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for each session using approved lesson plans or provided curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active participation across ages and learning styles.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management during sessions.
• Communicate with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives about attendance and program needs.
• Follow school policies, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
