Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proficiency with Office 365 programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and effectively use database systems and CRM input/export.
• Gift/data entry skills and proficiency in report creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Process charitable contributions (checks, cash, cards, ACH, stock transfers, wire transfers, pledges, recurring gifts, online giving).
• Verify donor intent, designation, restrictions, and documentation.
• Review gift batches for accuracy before posting to the database.
• Ensure gifts comply with policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation for all gift transactions.
