Santé Group Companies seeks Full-Time Phone Counselors for in-person work in Timonium, MD. The role focuses on crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and intake screening across local hotlines, with shifts from 8:00am–4:00pm or 4:00pm–12:00am.

You will assess callers, coordinate referrals, and provide follow-up while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to Lifeline and Crisis Now standards. A supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.
• 1 year professional crisis work experience may be substituted for the education requirement.

Aufgaben

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling during calls.
• Document all information in the client file accurately and timely.
• Deescalate high-stress crises and build rapport with callers.
• Triage requests to appropriate level of care and resources.
• Perform lethality assessments and dispatch necessary services when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and standards.
