Job summary

Kennedy ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA to join our hybrid team. You will conduct in-person assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to drive measurable progress.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, competitive pay from $90,000 to $115,000 per year, plus bonuses and a robust benefits package. In-person services in home and community settings are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct, in-person BCBA supervision to RBTs
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
• Analyze data and adjust treatment in real time
