Kennedy ABA is seeking a BCBA to work in-person, delivering comprehensive assessments and behavior intervention plans in home and community settings in North Carolina. You will supervise RBTs directly and collaborate closely with families to support child growth and development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-person assessments and evaluations.
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Providing direct, in-person BCBA supervision to RBTs
• Collaborating closely with families and caregivers.
• Analyzing data and making real-time treatment adjustments.
