Kennedy ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking licensed BCBA professionals to join our growing team in a hybrid in-person role. You will conduct assessments, design and implement behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful change for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Providing direct, in-person BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborating closely with families and caregivers.
